倫敦聖保羅萊昂納多皇家酒店 (Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s)

Firstly the roof terrace, if you wish to use this, make sure to check it is available before you book. It was booked for private events all weekend so I was unable to enjoy the view that I originally picked the hotel with the idea of dinner over the London skyline. Disappointing and not made clear on apps or their website. Sooo, I paid for superior king room and was put in a disabled room with filthy yellow stained shower curtain and filthy shower seat (what if an actual disabled person had required this room..?!) the bedroom floor had visible crumbs. The TV remote was broken and TV glitched when moving channels, consistent message error when trying to connect phone/Netflix on TV. Broken lamp that fell to pieces when I went to turn it on, exposed wires so I unplugged it. The "little shop" in the foyer charging £3.90 for one can of coke is mental. Long queue at check in and not much organisation in terms of where to stand and wait. Guy on the door grumpiest guy I'd met all weekend, no smile for me on arrival or leaving. The outside courtyard area could be literally covered for smokers or people wishing to sit outside and moving between my room and hotel and spa without being rained on. Plenty of people walking through restaurants in their robes straight from the spa was a bit weird. I liked the restaurant food and waiting staff were really nice especially Kathleen. Her sweet personality and kind attentive nature made a positive difference to my stay. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with this place considering the cost and other options available, despite being located in the city good for tourists, but I am a Londoner back home for a wedding, so I was quite disappointed with this place. Also felt the pool sauna etc are far too small for the size of the hotel. It got very busy very quick, men being excessively loud and couples in the hot tub. It wasn't very relaxing unfortunately. I would use Trip again but not to book this hotel. Luckily I have been given a small partial refund for my stay from Trip who helped settle my issues with hotel.

A wonderful stay. The room was spacious, well equipped and perfectly clean. The lady who looked after our room couldn't do enough. Breakfast was delicious and set us up perfectly for a busy day of sight seeing. Reception, concierge, bar staff, spa staff and cleaners were all lovely. Location is good, on the edge of the super busy areas which was perfect. We got to see everything we wanted and more. 5 min walk from Blackfriers station. We really loved our stay. Thank you.

位置不錯，蓋特維克火車進城後步行大概7，8分鐘就到了。出門就是聖保羅大教堂。周圍餐飲不少，Five guys可以提前點餐到店吃。價格波動比較大，如果碰到合算的價格，性價比還算可以。

We had a nice weekend, the location is brilliant great views of St Paul's Cathedral. We stayed 2 nights celebrating a birthday. Overall our experience was positive. The Spa is a little dated , there are no loungers to sit and relax so it's either pool sauna or steam no other relaxation amenities. We didn't have breakfast but it was provided and from what we saw looked nice. Overall pleasant

This is our second stay in Leonardo’s and it was lovely this time around as it was last time. The only thing that’s different is the hours children can attend the pool, it’s pretty limited. However this didn’t impact us as we weren’t there to go swimming. We did have an issue with our neighbours banging doors constantly when we spoke with the front desk they were happy to change our room, which worked out perfectly as it was dark and quiet at night which is what we needed. Highly recommend

The hotel is nice, however at first I was offered a room on the 6th floor, as soon as I walked in I could hear the music from the bar above. Staff changed my room quickly with not much convincing needed which also makes me think that they know about the issue. The hotel overall is 4 stars but it’s in need of some reparations as the walls are very old and the wallpaper is coming off. Otherwise it was a good stay but price wise not really worth it. Ah also they have the most infuriating fridge who does not unlock unless you give your card because it’s full of mini bar stuff, I did leave a deposit but then the next morning the mini bar was locked again, super annoying, called the reception for 10 mins and no one picked up.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Bathroom Amenities Dear Hotel Manager's Name, I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with the inadequate bathroom amenities during my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, the absence of shower gel in the bathroom is unacceptable. It is outrageous that guests are expected to go to the front desk to collect essential items like shower gel. This is a basic expectation in any hotel, and it reflects poorly on your establishment. Furthermore, I was appalled to discover that the bottle labeled as skincare lotion was filled with hand wash instead. This is not only misleading but also unacceptable for a hotel of your supposed standard. I expect immediate action to rectify these issues. I look forward to your prompt response.

Heel fijn hotel op een ideale locatie voor het ontdekken van Londen. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet, mooie kamers, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alleen restaurant is wat aan de dure kant, zou eerder buiten de deur eten adviseren.

Lovely relaxing stay. Great facilities and location. Prosecco on arrival. Really easy check in and check out.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, while checking and waiting for 15 minutes in a queue a man told us that he is closing down his desk when it was our turn, bit of an odd timing when you have so many costumers waiting, but the lady helping us after was great . Everyone in the executive lounge was very friendly, same with the spa staff. Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety and constantly stocked up.
